Starbucks Partner Brand

Starbucks serves more than 300,000 partners globally. Designing for that audience requires clarity, cohesion, and deep organizational alignment.

Over the course of a year, I led a cross-functional team in developing a digitally forward brand framework to serve every partner touchpoint. Through iterative strategy, stakeholder alignment, and real-time feedback loops, we built a unified communication system spanning more than 20 employee portals, dozens of sub-brands, multiple digital tools and products, internal SharePoint environments, back-of-house materials, and a comprehensive visual language including iconography, color systems, illustration guidance, typography, and photography standards.
