I think in pictures and words…

well, word shapes more than actual sentence structures. I believe in rhythm, in connecting with people, in experiences. I tend to absorb a lot and share a lot. I love my family more than most things. I like to work smarter, I like to find systems, I like improvisation. I see myself as a leader but believe that a leader follows and learns from everyone around them. I believe in having a growth mindset and look for opportunities in almost everything.

I was raised an art director and designer in Seattle and have grown to think and operate as a consumer centric, strategic thinking, creative leader. With a more than twenty years of experience my work spans core brand communication, consumer packaged goods, web design, brand strategy, typography development, experiential, sports marketing, and digital products. For the latter part of my career, I have built and lead creative teams tackling challenges in E-commerce, digital advertising, content creation, and events. I am a strategic leader that not only loves to create and deliver amazing work, but strives to foster and grow top talent.
