Curiosity is the mechanism for reducing ambiguity. When the answer isn’t clear, go a level deeper. Don’t stop at the first assumption. Always learn one more “why,” take one more action, do one more test.

Experience

I began my career at Starbucks, shaping brand across packaging, retail, digital, and experiential systems. Through agency and in-house leadership, I strengthened my practice in brand stewardship and enterprise alignment. Leading global experiential and event platforms at AWS refined my ability to partner with executive stakeholders and scale creative systems across complex organizations. Over more than two decades, I’ve built a holistic view of brand, where culture, systems, and story operate as one to create lasting momentum.
